7 Berries You Should Eat Everyday

Berries have been shown to be some of the healthiest foods on the planet. Every month or so it seems new research is being published and new berries are being discovered and analyzed for their health giving properties. As well as multi level marketing companies jumping on the bandwagon to make a fast buck.
Extremely high in antioxidants, berries rank among my favorite foods. So here is a list of my favorite 7 berries with extremely high health benefits.. (in no specific order).
1. Goji Berries

Traditional societies link this potent berry to sexual vitality, happiness, longevity, and overall physical strength. Grown in Tibet and Nepal, goji berries have been scientifically linked to possessing the ability to fight negative health conditions and protect the liver from contaminates.
Deep red in color, goji berries are composed of 18 essential amino acids, 21 trace minerals, vitamins B1, B2, B6, and E, linoleic acid, selenium, germanium, and more amounts of beta carotene than the common orange carrot.
A study from the Chinese Journal of Oncology found that patients with cancer responded better to treatment when goji berries were added to their daily diet.
Are Chemtrails Making Us Sick?
Look up in the sky. Go ahead, I’ll wait. What did you see? If you noticed a white streak across the sky, like the kind that trails jets, it could have been a contrail.

Contrails are streaks of water droplets or ice crystals that are sometimes observed behind airplanes, jets or missiles in the sky. Contrails dissolve in a few minutes. If you noticed a white streak in the sky when you looked up a minute ago, go see if it is still there.
If the streak is still there, you may not have seen a contrail at all. You may have seen a chemtrail.
Soap Nuts: The Benefits of Using All-Natural Laundry Detergent
Imagine a world where soap grows on trees. If you think this sounds like a scene from an environmentalists futuristic movie, then think again.
Today, we are beginning to rethink the way we wash clothing, as more and more people are looking towards eco-friendly, natural soaps and cleaners for their household needs.
In fact, for centuries, traditional societies have been using soap nuts to wash their clothing. Using soap nuts is a wonderful way to support a green living environment, reducing not only the amount of toxic soap residues in our world, but also in the clothing that comes into contact with our skin on a daily basis.
The Benefits of Himalayan Crystal Salt
Himalayan crystal salt is far superior to traditional iodized salt which is extremely toxic. Himalayan salt is millions of years old. It is a pure form of salt, untouched by many of the toxins and pollutants that pervade other forms of ocean salt.

Known in the Himalayas as “white gold,” Himalayan Crystal Salt contains the same 84 natural minerals and elements found in the human body. This crystal form of salt has also been maturing over the past 250 million years under intense tectonic pressure, creating an environment of zero exposure to toxins and impurities.
What is more, this salt’s unique cellular structure allows it to store vibrational energy. Its minerals exist in a colloidal form, meaning that they are tiny enough for our cells to easily absorb them.
Alcohol & Breast Cancer: The One Million Women Study
You may have heard of The Million Women Study, an Oxford University-based research effort that is making an attempt to come to a final decision on whether hormone replacement therapy is helping women through some of the more uncomfortable symptoms of menopause, or, in fact, giving them cancer. Beyond answering these questions, The Million Women Study is quickly becoming what many experts are calling a “blueprint for women’s health.”

In a recent article from The Guardian, “A million women can’t be wrong,” it was announced that the study had found that even a small amount of all types of wine can lead to increases in a woman’s risk of developing breast cancer later in life.
These are, indeed, shocking findings, considering that red wine has often been touted as one of the best ways to prevent cardiovascular diseases.
The Oxford study also looked at a variety of controversial women’s health issues, including birth control medication, hormone replacement therapy, diet, pregnancy, childbearing, as well as menopause. The study, unlike many other small-scale undertakings, involves extremely reliable information, due to the sheer size of the number of women surveyed.
Studies Show Cellphone Use Linked to Brain Cancer & Death in Children
Kids love being connected to their friends, making it no surprise that recent statistics show that over 30% of all children under 13 years of age in the U.S. own their own cellular phone.

Similarly, almost 50% of all teenagers own a cellular phone. With the knowledge that cellphone use amongst children is increasing at an alarming rate, it is even more disheartening to learn that studies are now beginning to prove some of the extremely negative effects that electromagnetic fields and radio frequency radiation are having on their bodies.
Multiple recent studies, including one from an international group of scientists, is urging governments to place stricter regulations on cellphone use, particularly due to the latest outcome of their investigations: Young people who use cell phones before the age of 20 are five times more likely to be at risk for malignant brain tumors than children who do not use mobile phones.
The Dangers of Drinking Cow’s Milk
Before we discuss some of the dangers of drinking cow’s milk, first, it is important to mention that I am not completely anti-milk. I personally do not drink unless it is seed or nut milk but in its pure form, it is not necessarily dangerous.

Yet, due to the extreme processes that milk undergoes, as well as the high amounts of antibiotics, hormones, and genetically-modified substances that cows are continually exposed to, I can, with much certainty, say that there are real and eminent dangers associated with drinking milk from cows. All cows release toxins through their milk, as milk is a natural exit-portal for substances that the body cannot use.
Is the UK conducting secret crop trials using Genetically Modified Foods?

I have been thoroughly impressed with Europe’s intentions to place strict regulations on genetically modified foods, including outlawing genetically modified produce in general. Sadly, an article I recently read from the London Independent lead me to research the upsurge in secret GM crop trials in Europe & U.S.
This article stated that the government of the U.K. has been formulating plans for the “secret growth of genetically-modified crops” in “secure government sites,” such as military research compounds, science parks, or other covert areas. In this sense, the projects will be conducted away from the scrutiny of environmental groups or the public eye in general.
The U.K. government has stated that they will consider re-opening the public debate on genetically modified foods as an option for “global food shortages and rising prices.”
Clearly, this is a huge step backwards for global health. The ministry is even considering changing the laws to protect this research by changing current rules that make it illegal to conduct GM trials in private. In this sense, the public would be completely unaware of governmental technologies that alter the natural biology of what we eat. Leeds University, one of the sites where the GM research will be taking place, has asked the government to foot the £100,000 bill for guards, security fences and cameras, to prevent the public from protesting trials.
