What is Anavar and where can we buy it?
Anavar is a kind of steroids that is used to help people regain weight they have lost due to certain medical conditions (such as surgery, chronic infection, trauma, long term use of corticosteroid medication such as hydrocortisone/prednisone). It is also used to relieve bone pain due to bone loss (osteoporosis). Oxandrolone belongs to a class of drugs known as anabolic steroids. These drugs are similar to male hormones made by the body. Anavar is not as inaccessible as many people believe they are. If you’ve been wondering about where to buy steroids, you actually have a lot of options available for you. Your choice will normally depend on what’s more convenient and, of course, the circumstances surrounding your steroid use.
As a general rule, you cannot go to Buy Steroids without a prescription in the United States and for a very good reason. These items are quite addictive so the use of such medications should be regulated by a doctor. Athletes are still not allowed to openly use steroids and performance enhancers to improve their game. In essence, these conditions make steroids difficult to obtain from local pharmacies.
On the other hand, the Internet offers another more convenient and discreet way to obtain your stock of steroids. You’re sure to find an odd number of websites that are designed to get consumers connected to various pharmacies all over the world. Because there are certain steroids that are not readily available in a given country, shopping online allows consumers to be more acquainted with a wider array of options available in the market. The only challenge is to make sure that you’re transacting through a secured and trusted site to ensure that you’re getting quality products.
Gucci Sneakers are bound to their masters
Recently, one of my infinite Gucci sneakers-fan friends has come up to me and told me a story he experienced the day before.
Well it really attracted my attention during the whole story and that’s why I want to share it with you guys. Without further ado, here it goes:
“As a traditional practice, we the Turkish people usually leave our “gucci sneakers” behind the entrance door of our houses.
That’s being said, it means we usually do not enter to our homes with footwears put on. Unfortunately, my mate had done this at the day of the incident, too. Having lunch at that time, my friend wasn’t aware of the two gypsies wandering inside the apartment building, maybe for begging some food or money from the residents.
To their surprise, they should have seen the pair of yummy Gucci sneakers, which belonged to my friend and had cost him 550 bucks not long ago. Probably knowing these facts, they stole the beauties.
After the lunch, no sooner realizing the absence of his sneakers, than my friend cries in pain. They sent for police and explain the details about the Gucci men shoes which my friend owned. In the mean time, the gypsies rushing towards their houses, start off an argument about whom to wear the shoes first, or whom they would belong to. The argument goes harsh and they keep on fighting with each other on the street, while the stolen goods were smiling them somewhere near the street. Soon after the patrols come and arrest these gypsies as they were informed about some valuable sneakers being stolen just a few hours ago.”
My friend, then, meets with his stuff and never leaves them anywhere further away than 2 meters =).
Codex Alimentarius: A Serious Threat to Your Health

Imagine a world where you need a doctor’s prescription (and thus, health insurance), to buy your every-day organic health supplements.
Imagine a world where some of your most-trusted vitamins and supplements are not even on the market!
If this sounds like a bad scene from Big Brother, think again. Our government may be advancing towards giving more and more power to the Codex Alimentarius trade commission, an organization created to limit and control the freedom to buy every day supplements, vitamins, minerals, and even organic foods.
What is Codex Alimentarius?
Codex Alimentarius is a “trade commission” created by the UN in attempt to control all aspects of how food and nutritional supplements are exchanged through buyer and consumer networks.

In Latin, “Codex Alimentarius” literally translates into “food rules.” And even though the UN claims that the goals of Codex Alimentarius are geared towards “protecting the health of the consumers and ensuring fair trade practices in the food trade, and promoting coordination of all food standards work undertaken by international governmental and non-governmental organizations,” it is clear that this organization is more about control and multi-national profits, than protecting the average consumer.
It is important to understand that this organization is not a consumer protection agency, nor a human rights agency, nor a public health organization. This organization is a trade-based commission, whose goals are clearly profit-focused. In fact, the basis of the Codex Alimentarius poses a huge threat to our basic freedoms of choice in terms of health and well-being.
Where Does Codex Stand As Of Today?
Sadly, Codex may go into effect on a global scale, this coming December 31, 2009. Because this organization has been presented as a “consumer protection” agency, there has been very little opposition to it from the media and the public in general. The public is, by and large, oblivious to its effects and intentions.
What Are Probiotics?
Repeatedly demonstrated to aid gastrointestinal health in the human body, acidophilus and other probiotics are key elements of our overall health and well being. This is particularly true when we consider that many of our common-day chronic ailments begin in the digestive system. It is also true when we consider the sheer number of people that suffer from poor gastrointestinal health, a condition which lowers the overall level of good bacteria in the body.

Before we go into the multi-fold benefits of taking probiotics, let’s define what probiotics are. The Joint FAO/WHO Working Group defines probiotics as “live microorganisms which when administered in adequate amounts confer a health benefit on the host.”
In plain English, probiotics are a type of living bacteria that actually benefit your health when taken in the appropriate amounts. This friendly bacteria, located in the gastrointestinal tract, comes in a variety of forms. With more than 400 different bacteria living in the human gastrointestinal tract, the most common forms of intestinal probiotics are L. acidophilus and Bifidobacteria bifidum.
These bacteria act as balancing agents for non-friendly, pathogenic, gut-bacteria such as Candida or E. coli. When the “good-guys” are not present enough, a number of bacteria-related health problems such as digestive upset, headaches, sluggishness, irritability, cadidiasis (an overgrowth of the bacteria Candida albicans), and even anxiety can ensue.
Dust Mites: A Microscopic Threat to Your Family’s Health
Dust mites are microscopic bugs, commonly found in human habitats, such as your house, couch, bed or carpet. They thrive in our environment, because they live off of our dead skin cells, and the dander from our pets.

Unfortunately, even if you do your best to keep your house clean, we are still vulnerable to dust mites. Cleaning alone will not counteract the problem due to the fact that the average human gives off 5-10 grams of dead skin cells each week and about 3lbs per year.
In this sense, despite the most regimented of cleaning schedules, the dust mites in your home will have plenty to sustain them. Furthermore, the average house dust mite reproduces at an astonishingly rapid rate. The effects of this plethora of dust mites in our homes can have a significant role in causing health problems.
Dust mites excrete an average of 20 droppings of waste each day. Many people are highly allergic to these droppings, and scientists are beginning to correlate dust mites to asthma, as well as other allergic symptoms.
How to Get Rid of Mold: 15 Tips Every Homeowner Should Know

A few days ago, I wrote an article about the Dangers of Mold, and the response I received was overwhelming. Everybody wanted to know more about mold. In fact, within a few days of publishing the post, I got a couple dozen emails asking how to get rid of mold.
So, I wanted to share my personal tips that I use at my home, as well as here in the office. Please feel free to drop your tips in the comment section below.
How to Get Rid of Mold:
- Investigate your home or office for moisture leakage. If you find any moisture leaks, clean them up with a dry towel immediately and find the source of the leak. Consider hiring a professional if the leak does not stop or if you are dealing with a plumbing issue. Controlling moisture leaks in your home or place of work will reduce the mold’s ability to thrive.
- Mold loves warm and wet places. If you live in a place with humidity levels of 70% or more, you must particularly take heed to prevent toxic moldy air. Invest in a high-quality dehumidifier and test your home for mold over-growth.
- Temperatures above 75° F, as well as poorly lit rooms and unmoving air, can actually create more mold. Keep fresh air moving in your home, as well as bright sunlight coming in through your windows. This will help reduce toxic mold.
- Open a window while you take a shower, if possible.
- Change air filters regularly in heating and air-conditioning vents.
- Invest in a good quality air purification system that employs both a HEPA filter and UV & negative ion technologies. In my opinion, this will give you the best results when cleaning your air.
- Keep your home at a moderate temperature, at around 69-73° F and keep the humidity level at 54% and below.
- Make sure your clothes dryer has an anti-humidity vent.
- Check closets for mold growth. This is especially important if you have ever placed wet or damp clothing in your closets. If you find mold in your closet, wash your clothes immediately to help clean any possible mold spores. I would recommend using Soap Nuts.
- Protect your breathing passages when removing active or dead mold. Wear a mask, eye protection and protective gloves that filter mold.
- When cleaning, slightly wet the mold to lessen the amount of airborne spores in the breathing atmosphere while you are cleaning. This can be done with a wet cloth.
- Scrub hard surfaces infested in mold with a non-ammonia soap. Non-toxic, organic soap is best for the environment.
- Porous surface cannot be cleaned of mold. Things like moldy carpeting, drywall, wall-paper, fabric, or other porous surfaces, must be completely removed and replaced from your home or office.
- If you have mold on the structural support of your home or office building, it may not be cleaned out by scrubbing alone. It may have to be sanded. Don’t forget to wear the appropriate protective coverings.
- Remember, the best prevention for mold is to KEEP THINGS DRY and always use a good air purification system!

The Hidden Formaldehyde In Everyday Products

Producers are tricky, and their business sometimes involves tricking consumers. They trick us into buying very handy products for cleaning, deodorizing, softening, smoothing, and beautifying that contain dangerous chemicals.
If the word “formaldehyde” doesn’t remind you of an embalmed body on a cold steel table, it should!
Formaldehyde has been used for decades to embalm dead bodies for open casket burials. It is a preservation fluid that replaces the blood, it is a recognized cancer causing agent (carcinogen) by the National Cancer Institute, and oh, by the way, it is in most of the products you buy and use around your home, even the materials your home was built with!

The Benefits of Ozonated Olive Oil
One of our in-house favorites, Ozonated Olive Oil is a powerful natural remedy for a variety of health concerns, most of which involve the lack of health and radiance of the skin. I wanted to write up something, in order to provide you with an overview of just exactly what this healing oil is, and how it works.
What is Ozonated Olive Oil?
To make ozonated olive oil, you must take high-quality, organic, extra-virgin, cold pressed olive oil and put it through a process of “ozone injection.” This is done by bubbling ozone into the liquid for an extended period of time. Most companies producing this use a coronal discharge ozone generator. This is the cheap method and can lead to contamination. For purity and quality a cold plasma ozone generator should always be used.
When searching for a high quality source of ozonated olive oil you should ask the company if they are using a coronal or cold plasma unit. A reactive gas, ozone is very hard to stabilize, but by passing it through the oil, contained within an ozone resistant container, the ozone gas begins to interact and stabilize within the oil. As it is continually processed, the ozone slowly begins to turn the liquid form of the oil into a off-white colored paste. This paste is then used for many natural benefits.
7 Tips for Starting Your Own Organic Garden

source
Our readers have expressed a new-found interest in creating their own organic garden from the comforts of their backyard. Especially after I published my article about Michelle Obama’s organic garden.
So, as a result, I wanted to share a few of my favorite tips for starting a garden that is organic, sustainable and earth-friendly.
There are numerous benefits to planting your own organic garden at home: First and foremost, you are able to eat the freshest, local, organic fruits, herbs and vegetables around, while at the same time, you act to help reduce the amount of pesticides and toxic chemicals in the environment. And, as organic fruits, herbs and vegetables can tend to be more costly in the supermarket, now is a great time to explore creating your own delicious organic produce at home.
The Hidden Truth About Enriched White Flour
To enrich something means to make it richer by adding good things to it. If you add some organic apple cider vinegar to your water, you’ve enriched it. Enriched white flour, then, has had lots and lots of good things added into it, so it’s good for you. Right? WRONG!

The truth is, so many of the good things that were originally in it have been stripped out through refinement that they HAD to add a little something back in. Now here’s the really scary part. What they are adding back into your flour is actually toxic!
Iron is one of the “nutrients” added back into enriched flour, except that the type of iron that is added in is not really a nutrient at all, but is metallic iron. Metallic iron is obviously not available for use by the body, and was never meant to be consumed in the first place.
Enriched flour is absorbed by the body not as wheat or a grain, in which case your body could use the energy slowly and effectively, but as a starch. That is because the wheat germ has been stripped from the flour; the FDA specifically states that enriched flour cannot have greater than 5 percent wheat germ.
